Alaska: return the deposit within 30 calendar days of the later of move-out and the end of the tenancy. 14 calendar days after the later of move-out and the end of the tenancy if A termination notice complying with AS 34.03.290 was given and nothing is deducted for damage (Landlord or tenant gave notice complying with AS 34.03.290 and no costs are deducted for damages). 30 calendar days after the end of the tenancy if A complying termination notice was given and costs are deducted for damage (30 days after the tenancy is terminated when costs are deducted for damages).
