How the free tier counts
- Counted: Settle a security deposit after move-out, Quick turnover estimate, Scope a property turnover. A download (Excel, HTML, CSV) is one call; on the paid lane it is $0.05.
- Not counted: Security deposit rules for a state, Look up turnover issue codes.
- Calls from an AI assistant (MCP) and from software (REST API) share one count and one price per call.
- Per client, which means per internet connection, per day. The count starts again at midnight UTC.
- Over the limit, the API answers with the time the count resets and the paid route; an assistant gets the same message to tell you.
