How we sourced this rule: where the text was read and what we could not check.

  • Text read on FindLaw (current as of 2025-01-01); the legislature does not host a free current code. ezel.ai cross-checked it 2026-10-07 against an official 2024 HB 1580 reprint.
  • penalty.multiple is null because the remedy is a fixed amount ($200 maximum).
