Security deposit rules in Wyoming
Wyoming: return the deposit within 30 calendar days of the end of the tenancy. 60 calendar days after the end of the tenancy if There is damage to the unit (30 more days) (Period extended by 30 days if there is damage (and the address-based date likewise gains 30 days)). 15 calendar days after receipt of the tenant's forwarding address if A new mailing address is received; 15 days after it, if that is later (Use if 15 days after the address arrives is later than 30 days after termination). 45 calendar days after receipt of the tenant's forwarding address if Damage to the unit and a new mailing address: 45 days after the address, if that is later (The address-based period also gains 30 days when there is damage). Interest: no. Penalty if the deposit is kept without a reasonable basis: forfeiture of the right to withhold. (Wyo. Stat. 1-21-1208)

The rule text
The balance of any deposit and prepaid rent and a written itemization of any deductions from the deposit together with reasons therefor, shall be delivered or mailed without interest to the renter within thirty (30) days after termination of the rental agreement or within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the renter's new mailing address, whichever is later.
